How to place an order
It’s easy. Simply select your product, click on “add to cart” and confirm your purchase with your address and personal information required, then select form of payment. As soon as your order is validated, your bike will be shipped to you. The very next day, if the purchase has been made on a working day.

When will I receive my order?
If you place your order before 12:00 on a working day, the bike will be shipped the next working day by courier (SEUR 24). Shipments will be delivered 24/48 hours later. It could take longer, depending on the destination.

Is it difficult to assemble the bike? How will I receive it?
When you receive your bike it will be already partly assembled, but you will be required to make some final adjustments, but don’t worry because the process is very easy. Shoud you have any problems, however, please contact us, we’ll be happy to help.

When is a product available again?
If a product is out of stock it will not show on the website until it’s available again. If there is already a date scheduled, this date will appear next to the product.
